Peichin grew up in her family’s restaurant in 1980s Taiwan before moving to London to study fashion. After years in the industry and time spent raising her family, she returned to her first love – food.
In 2015, she opened Pantry & Co., followed by Foodloose, a refill store, and Halex, a café-bar serving food from her kitchen. Now, she’s bottling the flavours she’s developed over the years – inspired by her Taiwanese roots and the diverse tastes of East Asia.
Made in small batches with care, each jar reflects her journey. Peichin also shares her favourite recipes so you can enjoy them just as she does – straight from her pantry.
