After her training, Silvia Leo embarked on a career that included hosting kids' baking classes and private one-to-one courses. She is also known for operating a successful online Italian Bakery in London. Her expertise and passion for Italian patisserie are evident in her creation of recipe kits, like the Lemon and Ricotta Cheesecake, which offers a taste of genuine Italian patisserie to those eager to bake at home
