Silvia Leo is an Italian pastry chef and baker based in London. After years of self-taught home-baking, she decided to attend the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school to complete and improve her pastry training. Having started her chefs for foodies career hosting our kids baking classes and private one-to-one courses,
Silvia has now packaged her pastry chef skills into a variety of classes for all ages. Join Silvia to bake delicacies including cupcakes, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, brownies, chocolate tarts, apple crumble and macarons. Silvia is a great at teaching both children and adults and is often accompanied by her lovely daughter, Alexis. Her unique baking style combines the warmth of the Italian home-cooking she learnt from her mum, with international influences she absorbed during her travels and the sophisticated French techniques of Le Cordon Bleu. Most of her classes are child-friendly, with the exception of a few more complex recipes like macarons and chocolate tarts.
