With home cooking becoming the new dining out, Quorn has teamed up with us here at Chefs for Foodies to provide food enthusiasts and culinary experimenters, and burgeoning chefs looking for brand new flavours the opportunity to cook delicious meat free recipes curated by the UK’s top chefs.   

Our new Chefs for Foodies recipe boxes launch on 5th April 2022 via and provide the perfect taster for those looking to cut down their meat consumption and for those looking for new occasions to enjoy meat-free.  Each box contains the very best ingredients, which have been carefully measured and weighed, along with detailed recipe cards to help food lovers learn to recreate mouth-watering meat-free, restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of their own kitchen.  

The range, which includes four recipes inspired by the nation’s favourite Indian, fast food and Italian dishes, have been developed by award winning chef Dipna Anand, Le Cordon Bleu trained chef Ella Cockman and Pizza Master Ricardo Arias Regalado.  

Home cooks can learn to make the following recipes: 

Alu Tikki Chaat Bomb with Kachumber Salad from Dipna Anand, a regular guest chef on Saturday Kitchen and co-owner of Brilliant Restaurant and the author of the Beyond Brilliant cookbook.

Delicious Quorn fillet and potato patties topped with lashings of chaat. It’s the perfect mixture of creamy and spicy, riffing off classic Indian street food flavours and made with the highest-quality, authentic ingredients, paired with a Kambucher salad.  It’s the ideal way to bring a bit of spice into your life.

Quorn ChiQin Nacho Burger and Fries from Le Cordon Bleu trained chef Ella Cockman

The perfect guilt-free indulgence for those craving a dirty burger minus the meat.  A nacho Quorn buttermilk style burger, accompanied by a side of crushed nachos and peacamole to indulge your taste buds. Served with fries.

Double Quorn Pepperoni Pizza from Pizza Master Ricardo Arias Regalado

There’s a reason it’s a classic – double the pepperoni on a base of mouth-watering mozzarella and tomato sauce, with authentic Italian-style dough. Stacked with deliciously seasoned premium pepperoni, the only thing that beats imagining it is trying one.

To get taste buds tingling this Diavola is topped with tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella cheese, spicy vegan pepperoni, and hot chilli peppers.

In addition to helping enthusiastic foodies become better home cooks, the restaurant inspired dishes are better for the planet. In a year, it’s estimated that roughly 200,000 tonnes of emissions are avoided by people eating Quorn rather than meat, just in the UK.
