Ingredients:
potatoes
garlic cloves
Maldon sea salt
rapeseed oil (not included)
How to make
Roast Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 200C or 180C fan.
In a roasting tin, heat the rapeseed oil in the oven or on the stove. Crush the garlic cloves and put them in the roasting tin as well, making sure hthey don't burn. When the oil is piping hot, add the potatoes (cut into smaller chunks if you like), place in the oven and roast, turning and basting, for around 40 mins.
Once golden and crunchy, hit the potatoes with some Maldon sea salt.
Serve and enjoy!
