2-3 garlic cloves
Maldon sea salt
100ml rapeseed oil (not included)
How to make
Preheat your oven to 180C.
In a roasting pan, heat the rapeseed oil in the oven. Then take your peeled roast potatoes with your garlic cloves and roast in a hot oven, turning and basting for around 40 mins.
Once golden and crunchy hit the potatoes with some Maldon sea salt.
Serve and enjoy!
