140g Mango Pulp

100g Plain Yogurt

3 fresh mint leaves

60ml Sugar syrup

25ml water (not included)

1sp pistachio for garnish

How to make

Mango Lassi
To make the Mango Lassi: Add all of the ingredients to the jug of a KitchenAid Blender or Blender of your choice, except the pistachio, and blend until smooth. Garnish with chopped pistachio and a little fresh mint and serve immediately!
