140g Mango Pulp

100g Yoghurt

3 fresh mint leaves

60ml Sugar syrup

25ml Water

1sp pistachio chopped for garnish

How to make

Mango Lassi
For the Mango Lassi: Add all of the ingredients to the jug of a KitchenAid Bender or Blender of your choice except the pistachio and blend until smooth. Garnish with chopped pistachio and a little fresh Mint and serve immediately!
