Ready to Bake Focaccia

Oven, baking tray, olive oil, rosemary (optional)

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Wheat Fibre, Yeast, Olive Oil. May contain Soya, Mustard.

Ready To Bake Foccacia
KEEP FROZEN, DEFROST BEFORE USE. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.  
Defrost by removing film packaging and placing the focaccia dough onto a tray.
For best results make the tray airtight and leave in the fridge overnight.  
In the morning take it out of the fridge and sprinkle with flour.
Allow to prove in the airtight tray for at least 2 hours at room temperature (18-20C).  
Preheat your oven to 220°C.  
Put the dough in the aluminium foil tray provided and push it gently into the corners of the tray. Gently press the dough with oiled fingers to create dimples.   
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fine sea salt, and bake for around 20 minutes until golden brown.
Once baked, add a final drizzle of olive oil and serve warm or hot.
