Florence founded Kids En Cuisine in 2014 after realizing that she wanted to transform her passions for food and children into a business. From teaching in the comfort of her little chefs’ houses to schools, nurseries and birthday parties, Florence, also, developed strong partnerships with Planet Organic and Whole Food Market where she runs cooking workshops to teach children how to cook with seasonal products. In 2019, Florence decided to compile her best recipes in a cookbook for children “Cook with Flo” and a new adventure started across UK, USA and Australia where her book has been sold. Florence is also a private chef for fine dinners but thanks to her online classes in 2020, plenty of families discovered her cooking classes for children and adults started booking classes for themselves as they were learning chef tips.
