Liam Rogers is a talented chef from Warrington, whose passion and dedication have seen him climb the ranks in the culinary world to notable positions. His journey includes significant experience within some of the UK's finest dining establishments, which laid a solid foundation for his career. Rogers has previously worked at the two Michelin star Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at The Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, where he held the role of chef de partie. This experience at Gleneagles marked the beginning of his fine dining career in 2015. He also served as junior sous chef at the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham. His skills and creativity in the kitchen led him to compete on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2021, where he reached the final, showcasing his talent to a national audience.
Following his stint on MasterChef, Rogers took on the role of head chef at the Michelin-starred Northcote, a prestigious position that he regards as one of his proudest career moments. Northcote, located in Langho in the Ribble Valley, is known for its elegant and contemporary setting, offering chef's table dining, private dining, and its own cocktail bar. The restaurant has retained its Michelin star for 26 consecutive years, a testament to its high standards and the quality of its culinary offerings. Working under Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Rogers is keen to bring his minimalist, flavour-driven, and ingredient-led cooking style to Northcote, drawing inspiration from the places he has been and the experiences he has had.
