Chef Enzo Neri


Enzo Neri, originally from Citta’ di Castello in the Province of Perugia, Italy, has made a notable mark in the culinary world. Though he began his academic journey in Information Technology, at the age of 29, Neri pivoted towards his passion for cooking and pursued education in culinary arts at the Università' dei Sapori di Perugia. Over the last 17 years, he has significantly contributed to the culinary industry, holding various senior roles ranging from Head Chef to consultancy for private clients in designing and managing new dining experiences. His approach to food is deeply rooted in a blend of tradition, culture, territory, and technique, influenced by thoughts and memories that he skillfully transforms into innovative dishes.
