Cooking Instructions

For the best result, cook from frozen. Microwave Place 5 gyozas in a microwave-safe container with a lid. Microwave on medium-low (800W) for about 1.5 minutes. If the microwave power or the number of food items changes, the heating time should be adjusted appropriately. Pan Fry With or without oil, preheat a pan, add gyozas and some water. Cover with a lid and fry for 4 – 5 minutes over medium heat. Deep Fry Use a deep pot, add enough oil to submerge the gyozas, and heat it up to about 170 - 180°C. Carefully place gyozas into the oil. Fry for 3 minutes until they are golden brown in color. Steam Bring water in a steamer to a boil. Place gyozas on a steaming rack and cover with a lid. Steam for 5 minutes over medium heat.
