- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over except employees of the Promoters and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- To enter this competition the entrant must perform the following actions:
- Follow each of the Promoters profiles on Instagram, found at the following handles: @chefsforfoodies and @procookuk
- Like the competition post on at least one of the Promoters’ Instagram profiles
- Comment on the competition post tagging in the people they would invite to a BBQ - each comment will be classed as one entry into the competition, multiple entries are accepted.
- Share the competition post to their own Instagram Story for an additional entry into the competition.
- Closing date for entry into the competition will be at 30th Sep 2021. After this date and time no further entries will be permitted.
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, local or global disturbance, an instance of uncontrollable natural forces in operation or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoters’ control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoters.

- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoters.
- The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram within 5 days of the closing date by chefs for foodies, only. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The Promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
