For main course you will construct the creamiest wild mushroom risotto, with Chef Daniel talking you through his tops tips and techniques to make sure you create a fantastic dish. And for dessert? Everyone needs a little chocolate in their lives. The combination of chocolate and orange is one of Galmiche's personal favourites. We recommend investing in a good-quality chocolate for his signature mousse, around 66%-70% pure cocoa, which has a slight bitterness and a hint of spice.
