Description

In this class you will learn how to perfectly cook and rest your lovely piece of pork fillet. How to work methodically to minimise waste and washing up? You will improve on your knife skills so that shredding a savoy cabbage will be a piece of cake. To finish we will learn how to plate our dish so that it not only tastes great but looks good on the eye!
