This estate is the source of our signature medium-light roast. Custard Creams, Green Apples, and Oranges. All cherry are harvested by hand in a hilly nature reserve, where the microclimates of each location are taken in consideration. For precise bean sorting and separation, the estate includes a complete vertically integrated processing plant.
