Simon Braz born in the UK to Portuguese parents, his love of cooking came from his grandmother and would go back “home” every year. After finishing college, he worked in many restaurants and found himself in Dorset on the Jurassic coast. Simon would take holidays from work to work in Michelin star restaurants such as The Hand and Flowers in Marlow and Gidleigh Park in Devon. After a few traveling trips to Asia, Simon wants to show you the Japanese cuisine that he has come to love.
