Originally from Kenya, Morgan Munyinyi has 25 years experience in the food industry, learning his craft at the Park Lane Hotel, Chelsea Harbour Club and the Wolseley. He now runs the popular Turie cafe in London’s Marylebone district. With a food ethos that focuses on enhancing great produce, Morgan regularly serves up dishes such as wagyu beef bourguignon and king prawns cooked in garlic butter and Japanese spices at his eatery.
